3. Payment Policy

Trips must be paid in advance via pay pal.  Prices reflected are an estimate of anticipate trip expenses.  Many activities may be calculated on an hourly basis, or subject to an itinerary.  Changes to trip itineraries by passengers may be subject to subsequent changes in prices based on actual usage, which customers will be responsible for.  Additional hours of service may be paid directly by passengers in the case that they extend services. Blue Planet Sports, Inc. will try to provide all price quotes in a timely and effective manner.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Payment for any tour can be made online using Paypal or by signing and faxing a credit card authorization form.
• All cancellations must be received in writing by fax or via email (confirming reception by Blue Planet Sports, Inc.).
• 4.1 One Day Tours - Full payment is due 24 hours before the tour start
• Late reservations will be taken depending on availability
• We’ll refund 100% of all cancellations received in our office until 24 hours before the tour start
• No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 24 hours before the tour start
• 4.2 Multi Day Trips, Hotels, and Transportation - We require a 75% deposit to confirm a reservation
• Full payment is due 60 days before the tour/service date
• We’ll refund 90% of the tour price in all cancellations received in our office until 30 days before the tour/service date
• We’ll refund 50% of all cancellations received in our office between 30 and 15 days before the tour/service date
• No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 15 days before the tour/service date or once a tour has begun
• Late reservations will be taken depending on availability
• Refunds take 2 weeks to process from the date written cancellation is received. We reserve the right to cancel a tour prior to departure for any reason, in which case a full refund will be made. Refunds are for tour price only and do not include transportation, hotel or other expenses incurred on the part of tour participants.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Blue Planet Sports, Inc. shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party vendor, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, Blue Planet Sports, Inc. informs clients that the activities featured on this website may be dangerous, and physically straining activities, and clients personally recognize the risk of these activities, and are responsible for their own actions.

Blue Planet Sports, Inc. is not responsible for any material submitted to the public areas by you (which include bulletin boards, hosted pages, chat rooms, or any other public area found on the website. Any material (whether submitted by you or any other user) is not endorsed, reviewed or approved by Blue Planet Sports, inc.. The Website Owner reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted by you in the public areas, without notice to you, if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that you are or there is the likelihood that you may, including but not limited to -
